The Mighty Souls Brass Band, a rotating collective of composer-players versed in a multitude of musical traditions, isn’t a soul band, nor is it a funk band, a marching band, or a swing band. The term "brass band" might make you think of New Orleans, and sure, that's in there, but there's way more to it. The Mighty Souls are something you really have to experience - you really have to take in the melodies, the dynamics, the amazing arrangements to truly get it- so we're excited to introduce them to our listeners.
