Soul survivors the Bo-Keys have gone country, y'all. No, not really. Not totally. But they've taken a carefully selected batch of roots oriented, country music songs and re-imagined them as hip-shaking and heart-breaking soul numbers on their new album, Heartaches By The Number, available now on Omnivore Recordings. BSC contributor John Paul Keith is back with us to continue his series, Something On The Side. This week he looks at the Memphis Horns.
